1. Who we are

This website (roots-beats.lakwn-texnes.gr) is the online infopack of the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Roots & Beats” (Monemvasia, Greece, 20–30 October 2026). It is operated by the hosting organisation, Lakwn-Texnes, Greece, which is the data controller. Contact: paraskeuopoulos@lakwn-texnes.gr.

2. What data we process and why

Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps for security and troubleshooting (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) in Consent Mode to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful, so we can report the reach of the project to the European Union and the Greek National Agency. Before you choose, and if you reject, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only cookieless signals without identifiers (page, time, type of device). GA4 does not store IP addresses (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Only if you accept does it use cookies to recognise repeat visits (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your language choice. Your browser remembers the language you selected. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Applications submitted earlier. Until October 2026 this website included an application form. Applications were stored in a Google Sheet through Google Apps Script and are handled as described in the privacy notice shown with the form: they are used only for participant selection, inclusion support and project management, may be shared with the relevant sending organisation (Sportsroom, ASEID or Loud and Clear) and are deleted after a maximum of 12 months.
Photos and videos of participants. Images of project participants are published only with their written consent (or that of a parent or guardian for minors). If you appear in a photo and want it removed, write to paraskeuopoulos@lakwn-texnes.gr.

3. Recipients

Hosting provider (Papaki, EU) and Google (analytics and, for the earlier applications, Google Sheets). No data is sold.

4. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr). Write to paraskeuopoulos@lakwn-texnes.gr.
